Solitude and Peace

Walden by Henry David Thoreau

Nature is what can turn loneliness into solitude. It can fill the emptiness of our heavy existences with joy and purpose. It has plenty to entertain us with. While the city life forces us to distract ourselves in times of leisure, the life in the woods calls for our attention to every little moment. The magnitude of simple things in life is amplified and we let nature nurture us like it was meant to.
